From Debbie at the front desk to the financial officer (I'm sorry I forgot his name), everyone was very pleasant and helpful. The 2026 Chevy Trax is just right for me and my needs at this time. We went to Capital Chevrolet for a re-call on another vehicle we have. We were just looking at what was on the lot and saw this 2023 Jeep that we liked. Teng Lee came by on a golf cart with 2 children, and joked a little about taking the kids home. That was a good ice breaker and we (me, my husband and Teng) talked and then he went to go get the keys to the Jeep. We had no intention on buying a vehicle, but we got such a wonderful deal and Teng (the salesman) just gave us perfect and quality customer service that we just was so amazed that we bought the Jeep! I am a true believer in customer service, and so many businesses lack that now, which is sad! Tony, the Service rider it’s always so helpful and thoughtful. Very professional and gets service done on time and in such a respectful manner.. Tad the Service Manager and Ashley are very accommodating and add to a positive experience.

Love this place ,everyone is have dealt with htere has been pleasant and informative. Had transmission work done thought I was gonna have to wait for parts due to out of stock but the man in service and parts hunted it down and I onky had to weight 3 days and 2 of them days was weekend.

I believe this has been the best experience I’ve had buying a car. From the front desk to the service department to finance and especially to the salesperson( he is a celebrity of sorts they say but to me was extra special as I’m originally from Buffalo and watched him play!!)were all great! Keith made sure I knew about my car, helped set up OnStar and pair my phone. He even went as far as saving some of my stickers/decals from old vehicle and put them on my new one! I’m very happy with my car! If you’re in the market for a new ride, I would highly recommend Capital Chevrolet.
