Out of a whim, my husband and I decided to go look at cars. We had traded at Capital Chevrolet in Lexington before and was satisfied then and this time was just as enjoyable as before. Mr Keith McKeller was truly very enjoyable to work with. He took his time with me as I didn’t know exactly what I wanted. Thank you, Mr Keith and the rest of the staff there at Capital Chevrolet. After searching the country over for the perfect truck, I found the one in literally our back yard. So I messaged the ‘’chat” option on the website to confirm the truck was there before driving an hour down to the dealership, well it confirmed it being there and after driving an hour to the dealership come to find out it was not. They told me it would be in between tuesday and Thursday the next week. Thursday rolls around and our salesman Ben texted and let me know it was in with a picture. I sent them a deposit to hold the truck,and went down Friday evening after work to complete the purchase. Ben was great very upfront with everything, Jesse in finance was awesome, can definitely tell he has kids the way he handled my very impatient 4yo son. Even drawing pictures with him and gave him some markers to draw and color while we handled the paperwork. All in all it was a great experience would recommend anyone looking for that hometown not huge dealership feel. Thank you all again.

Very good service. No appointment scheduled on a Fri, walked in with specific request for oil pan gasket, o ring replacement along with normal oil change/ filter and accompanying exhaust gaskets. Fairly substantial time commitment due to being 4wd. Staff worked it in and did very good job. Will definitely return for any other services/ repairs.

They worked with us and talked down numbers to stay in my budget! Keith and Matt have been phenomenal through this whole process. The office stays warm but it could just be the anxiety of a big purchase lol
