The sign in was easy and an estimated time was given for the service including 2 new tires. It was explained that the service staff took lunch at noon and our appointment was at 11:00. I was ok with the time I had to wait. The time did go over as I due to the tires not being in stock as the car required a special size. I was informed of the delay and I appreciated being advised of the delay. All in all our wait time went beyond the original estimation which did not surprise me. It should be noted that the same problem happened when I bought 2 tires in Ft. Myers FL. Based on my previous experience in Ft Myers I understood the issue. I want to thank the staff for keeping me informed of the delay. I will be back for the next service due on my car.
