I thought I left my review on my visit yesterday but I’ll gladly do it again. Just out of the blue, my husband told me to get ready and we were going car shopping. Of course we went to Capital Chevrolet where we had bought our last car. We knew how easy our purchase was last time. Even though our last salesman had retired,we had no idea who was going to come out the door to be our salesman. Keith M.was the lucky salesman. NO! We were the lucky ones!! I couldn’t ask for any nicer of a person to meet and was not pushy. Seeing as this trip was unexpected, I knew kinda what I was wanting but not exactly. He took his time bringing a couple cars to me to look at. I wanted something smallish but not to small. I had a Tahoe High Country so I knew I liked luxury and didn’t want to give much of that up. As I drove in, I saw a Trailblazer that took my eye earlier and after Keith bringing several vehicles up for me to see, we purchased the Trailblazer. Most importantly, it was fast and didn’t take all day. Thank you Mr Keith for making this trip the most enjoyable trip I’ve ever made in purchasing a car. You’re the best for sure! God bless you as he has blessed us!

Very good service. No appointment scheduled on a Fri, walked in with specific request for oil pan gasket, o ring replacement along with normal oil change/ filter and accompanying exhaust gaskets. Fairly substantial time commitment due to being 4wd. Staff worked it in and did very good job. Will definitely return for any other services/ repairs.

Great Customer Service!!! Only reason I missed a Star is the phone answering is not the greatest. So I would give 4.9 out of 5

They worked with us and talked down numbers to stay in my budget! Keith and Matt have been phenomenal through this whole process. The office stays warm but it could just be the anxiety of a big purchase lol

I bought from Capital Chevy in Lexington and I am 75 years old and had my best buying experience. Keith McKeller and Jesse was both great in helping me find the right price and vehicle.

After visiting several dealerships and getting frustrated with the whole car buying experience, I ended up working with Keith at Capital Chevrolet. He was courteous, friendly and knowledgeable during the entire selection and negotiating process. After agreeing on a price, I had the pleasure working with Matt, the finance manager. He explained everything clearly and answered every question so I could understand. It's rare and refreshing that a car buying experience was a genuine pleasure.

As always service was great I love my Chevy Silverado and I only trust their expertise when it comes to my truck. As always. No complaints. Great service very friendly atmosphere. Love these guys. and just speaking from my experience, if anyone looking to buy a new or use vehicle, I would strongly suggest checking with Captain Chevrolet in Lexington, North Carolina, First only because of my experience. Mike, our sales person, has worked with us on several vehicles in the past and has always been friendly, helpful, and professional. We went to Capital Chevrolet for a re-call on another vehicle we have. We were just looking at what was on the lot and saw this 2023 Jeep that we liked. Love this place ,everyone is have dealt with htere has been pleasant and informative. Had transmission work done thought I was gonna have to wait for parts due to out of stock but the man in service and parts hunted it down and I onky had to weight 3 days and 2 of them days was weekend.

Keith made sure I knew about my car, helped set up OnStar and pair my phone. He even went as far as saving some of my stickers/decals from old vehicle and put them on my new one! I had a very good experience at capitol chevrolet. The people were very nice and they got my truck in to be serviced very quickly. There was a little glitch when one of their machines broke down, but they got repaired fairly quickly. My wait time was extended because of it but they made up for that with a couple of discounts to my bill. All in all, my I would give them an "A" for the visit and an "E" for their effort. Went into the service area and they took my car right away. They did the work and pointed out some things that needed to be taken care of. I would recommend them for any service needed as they are efficient as well as fast.

Buying my truck from Capital Chevrolet GMC of Lexington was about as easy and comfortable as a vehicle-buying experience can be. The vehicle price and details were clear on their website and of the sellers that I reached out to, Capital did not try to hard sell me into the vehicle or even ask for financial information while I progressed through the search process - which was unique out of the five sellers I contacted. When I arrived at Capital, my agent, Ben was able to meet with me immediately and was very knowledgeable about the truck that I was interested in. We did a full walkthrough of the truck and he patiently and thoroughly answered all of the questions I had about the engine, towing capacity, truck history, prior ownership, etc. He did it in a way taht made it clear that there was no pressure or obligation to purchase the vehicle - he is into trucks. Matt handled to sale of the vehilce and that process was also very comfortable and cordial as I again had many questions about the registration process for disabled veterans, extended warranty options on previously owned vehicles, etc. The whole process went as smoothly and effienctly as a buyer could hope for and I am thoroughly enjoying my truck. I purposefully waited a few weeks to write my review to make sure there was nothing that popped up out of the blue that should have been avoidable but there have been absolutely no issues. I am recommending Capital to my friends and family and will contact in the future for vehicle purchases.

After some time we found out the vehicle was sold the previous day at a sister location. However in the week ahead he was sending me vehicles and keeping in contact but not overly aggressive like some salesman or even dealerships I’ve dealt with in the past. He was incredibly helpful, professional, and remembered the small details. Long story short I ended up driving away in a 2026 Yukon XL and couldn’t be happier. Easy from beginning to end.

Dealership and employees are ontop of every problem that arises. Every issue i have had has been fixed same day with reasonable time.

Teng Lee is an exceptional sales person. We enjoyed conversing with him, but more importantly, he was easy to work with and extremely helpful in providing necessary details on the vehicle in question.

My GMC truck had a bearing issue in the engine that caused it to lock up. It was under warranty and the engine was replaced at no cost. The service was great and they completed the work in 2 days. I was thrilled. Great experience.

Everyone went far above what was expected. Bill , Ron and Dave were great in the sales process and Matt made the finance process seamless and fun 🤩
