The actual interaction was very good, but I couldn't get through to the service dept. I called two times on two consecutive days and got the recording. The first time I left a voicemail but didn't get a callback. Other times I just hung up. When I finally got a person, all was good. Maybe a phone problem?

Everyone has always been super helpful and gone out of their way for us. However, they still haven't straightened out the problem with my license plate when we did our lease almost 2 years ago. Even with that I would still highly recommend them!

The only part of the process that I had a problem with was, it took almost 2 hours to get the financing paperwork done after they told us they needed us down there. Most of the time we were there, we were sitting waiting on them to complete their portion of the transaction. Could've been a lot less wait time.

I am so glad god lead me here. I contacted the dealership a few months prior to my purchase and spoke with Ron who went through some options with me. I still wasn’t ready to purchase yet but a few months passed and I had no choice but to get another vehicle. Ron was extremely helpful and hooked me up with Shanon who went above and beyond to help me. They both treated my like family and I walked out with a a better car then I had imagined. I am truly grateful to them both.

My experience at your dealership was top notch. We were greeted as soon as we pulled into the parking lot by the Sales Manager. He knew exactly who we were and where we were driving from. He escorted us into the building, where our salesman greeted us at the door. Customer service was exceptional. The sales process was seamless. I could not ask for anything to be handled any better. They were very open to allowing me drive whichever vehicle I was interested in and the purchasing process was faster then I’ve known in the past. Loss of one star because listing online was dishonest and listed the vehicle $3,000 less than what it was actually being sold for due to “dealership add ons” which is a predictable yet still annoying dealer play. All in all I enjoyed my seller and like my truck even more so I’m happy.

everything was good except for finance company that u used they are hard to deal with and charge interest on loan every day from day loan is signed . also have asked 2 times about if they had put a new battery in this suv to not have it answered yet ?

Excellent service department 2500HD with intermittent electric issue with brake system another dealership wouldn't give me the time of day because no code (under warranty)but capital said they would figure it out and they did. I can't say enough about there professionalism and knowledgeable tech's

I had a very good experience with this dealership. My salesperson was Stephen Baldwin. He was very friendly, personable informative and most of all honest. I purchased a used GMC Canyon. I arrived at the dealership interested in a used Toyota Tacoma. I noticed before driving it that it had a lot of rust, especially in the suspension areas and bolts in the motor. I was not impressed by the amount of time it took for the CERTIFIED MASTER MECHANIC to find a simple mass air flow sensor not being plugged in, especially when in was dangling two feet away.

Recently had the oil changed on my 2020 3500 Silverado dually. There was a recall that needed to be done. It took longer than expected, but the service manager took care of the oil change cost. As a business owner myself, I very much appreciate that. I am 100% satisfied.
