I go to Capital Chevrolet in Lexington because I’m not treated like a customer. I’m treated more as a friend if not family. I have purchased a couple cars from Shannon in the sales department. He is a straightforward guy no xx and that’s why I only buy from him as far as my service I really like Tad the service manager. He’s a great guy knows what he’s doing. And Toni, one of the Service riders is just a wonderful woman. I love her to death. She’s always so pleasant to talk to and she is the only one that I care to deal with as well those three people are the reason I continue to go to Capital Chevrolet .

Friendly staff. Great experience! 4 stars because a 60k used vehicle should and could have been better prepped. (i.e. missing components, very minor parts damaged parts overlooked, easy inexpensive fixes.) Guess I'll take care of it on my end. If it cost me less than $800, there is no excuse. That's called the cost of doing business Cody. But my sales Rep Shannon was great, and went above and beyond to do what he could to earn our business. Pleased that we were able to purchase the vehicle we wanted, at a fair price. No bait and switch. Matt in the finance department also did an excellent job. They are fully covering a fairly major repair that was discovered at the time we took possession. Issue with the automatic running boards. Good follow up from the dealership.
